Norfolk Federation promotional exhibition at the Forum Norwich 3 - 6 September, 2009.
The Norfolk Federation exhibition at the Forum was the last of our
special events for this celebratory year.
For four days we promoted ourselves with
displays of archive material and sub-committee events.
Also prominently featured was the WI's involvement in the Women Reaching Women campaign
which has been highlighted in the Gazette over recent months.
The Forum is always a hive of activity.
Many visitors expressed interest in our two central Norwich Institutes - Norwich Lunchtime and Norwich All Saints.
It was felt by all those who took part, both in the arranging and stewarding, that the Exhibition
was very successful in reminding the public that the WI still loves the past,
lives in the present and looks to the future.
